The warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the normal use of the product, including eligible issues with zippers, locks, handles, straps, stitching, fasteners, and construction.
If you experience a problem that may be covered, simply contact our customer support team with your order information and photos of the issue. Once the defect is confirmed, we’ll provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, overloading, accidental damage, modifications, or damage resulting from fire, flooding, or other external events. It also does not cover documents, valuables, or other contents stored inside the organizer.
Our fire and water-resistant products are designed to provide an additional layer of protection, but no organizer can guarantee complete protection under all conditions.
