At LegacyVault, your satisfaction is our priority. While we don’t accept general returns, we offer a clear and fair refund policy in specific cases.

Physical goods


Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund in the following cases:

  • You contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and wish to cancel.

  • You received the wrong size, wrong color, or a defective item.

  • The item is damaged or not as described.

In these cases, you have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us and request a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days — no need to return the product.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

  • Wrong size/color selected by customer during checkout.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and personal-use products.

No General 30-Day Return Policy

Please note, we do not accept returns within 30 days for general reasons. Refunds are only provided in the specific cases listed above.

Digital goods


All products in LegacyVault are digital goods and therefore non-refundable once delivered.

Refunds are only possible if:

  • you were charged twice,

  • the file is corrupted or incorrect,

  • or you cannot access your product due to our technical error.
